YES. When you consult with us and we provide you with a quotation, we can provide a checklist of items that are common with most clients. It acts as a useful reminder for you, and enables us to provide an accurate quotation for the work.
How many cleaners can I expect to arrive?
It depends on the size of your home and the time available for us to complete your cleaning service. Typically a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home will take one cleaner between 6 and 8 hours, depending on whether bedlinen is to be changed, or windows cleaned. Whereas a one-bedroomed apartment can usually be completed in 3-4 hours. At the point of quotation, we will agree how many cleaners are needed and a timescale.
Can you clean my home with me and my family at home?
YES. Whatever works for you. We clean homes with occupants all the time and are used to working around the needs of the family. We also have a secure key-holding facility where we let ourselves in to properties where occupants are not at home, and are quite happy working either way.
How much does your cleaning service cost?
Again it depends on the size of your home and the extent of our service, but if you work on an hourly rate of £18.00, it will give you a starting point. When we first consult with you and agree the scope of the work and service required, we will provide an accurate quotation.
Do I need to provide the cleaning equipment and products?
Not unless you specifically want to do this, our cleaners prefer to use their own tried and trusted equipment and especially cleaning products which are for professional use, so tend to be more effective.
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
We always prefer to assign the same cleaner as you get used to each other and our cleaner gets to know your home inside out which makes for a more efficient, effective service. However, sometimes holidays or absence gets in the way of the best plans, so on occasions we may need to send a different cleaner, but we will always advise you of any change in advance. Also, all our cleaners are highly experienced, so you can expect precisely the same level and standard of clean.
Is there a contract?
NO. We just ask that you provide us with one month’s notice if you wish to terminate our service.
Are you fully insured?
YES. A copy of our insurance certificate is available on request
Are your staff vetted?
YES. All members of our team have been fully vetted and referenced by us, and are directly employed by Montagu Property Services Limited.
Do you offer a guarantee?
YES. We guarantee all our domestic cleaning work, so if there is occasion where you are dissatisfied with our level of service, we just ask that you notify us immediately by telephone or email and we will rectify the work as quickly as possible.
